How the coaching process works

Step 1 – Initial consultation (free)

A 45-minute session to understand your needs and see whether coaching is the right approach for you.

Step 2 – Structured coaching journey

A typical programme includes:

  • 6 sessions (60 minutes)
    Deep coaching sessions to explore, understand and shift patterns
  • 5 shorter check-ins (20 minutes)
    To support integration, maintain momentum, and adjust between sessions

Dr Sophie Jablonski is a PhD scientist, certified life coach, and practitioner in positive psychology.

She combines over 20 years of experience in complex professional environments with evidence-based psychological tools to support individuals through change, stress and personal development.

She works in collaboration with Centre Médical Rollinger-Grund to offer structured coaching pathways supporting wellbeing, resilience and life transitions.
