Let me say it loud and clear: I have been thinking about you.
I know that you’ve been feeling unsatisfied for a while, and this has been bugging you inside. You feel misunderstood by most people around you. Sometimes, you try to escape your fears, doubts, and indecision by distracting yourself with work, chores, or activities that slowly erode your self-esteem. You always end up back in this place of frustration, anxiously wondering if there could be another way.
I can relate to your pain.
Like you, I tried many ways to “take better care” of myself—being active, trying meditation, yoga, healthy eating, reading, etc. I was tired of making efforts and seeing no lasting results. I started to believe something was wrong with me. I listened to others saying, “the grass is not greener,” and I began quiet-quitting on myself. Had I really reached “the peak,” and was the rest of the journey downhill? When people talked about acceptance, how close was it to giving up on wanting something more or different for myself?
Coaching did not come to me as “the answer” but as another possible lead to try and support myself.
By that point, I was fed up with giving up on myself, not following through on my commitments. Fed up with feeling disempowered, sometimes clueless, and treating myself poorly.
Coaching helped me accept a positive regard for myself before I dared to look within. It took some time, or maybe it went by quickly—I am not sure anymore. All I know is that step by step, day by day, I crafted a new purpose for my future. I allowed myself to dream again of new and exciting possibilities for my contribution to the world. I reignited hope and zest for myself first and for everyone else as a result.
Then I realised: the most important thing I had been taught through coaching was to love myself hard and strong.
No one could give it to me but me. This changed everything. As your coach, I will love you, and you can decide to give yourself a chance to change what TRULY matters to you. I am a life coach, and I am proud to serve and support those who choose to work with me on their journey.
I am thrilled to share that I was recently interviewed by Anne-Claire Delval on her podcast
Anne/Claire is an expert in public speaking and (oral) expression and has created a podcast Éclats de Voix.
In this episode #26 (Trouver sa voie/x: le pouvoir transformateur du coaching de vie, avec Sophie…), we explore how life coaching is a powerful transformative tool not just for finding your path (voiE) but also for expressing your true voice (voiX).
Together we discuss:
- Overcoming fears and blockages that prevent full self-expression
- Aligning with intrinsic values and embracing unique strengths
- Crafting a path towards a more satisfying life
- Achieving authentic, fluid, and peaceful self-expression
Taking control of your life allows you to leave indecision behind and become the actor and author of your engaged communication!

What a sauna in Helsinki taught me about mental toughness, and why it matters more than we think
The good kind of cold I have just returned from a short strategy retreat in Helsinki with Minna- my business partner on Flourish Financially. We went there to think, to plan, to breathe, and to look at Flourish Financially from a little further away. And as often...
When Identity Changes Quietly: On Becoming, Letting Go, and Learning to Trust the In-Between
There is a moment in every transformation that is almost invisible. It is not the moment we decide to change.Nor the moment others start noticing. It is the moment when we realise, quietly and with a little surprise:Oh… I have travelled a long way. That moment has...
Enthusiasm Is Not Naïve. It Is How I Choose to Stay Alive.
Let me share something with you, simply, honestly. I had one of those moments recently. Not a dramatic revelation, more a quiet internal click. The kind that gently rearranges things rather than shaking them apart. I was listening to an interview with a filmmaker, and...
