Dr Sophie Jablonski is an Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer and Speaker specialising in positive psychology, emotional intelligence and leadership development.

She brings over 20 years of experience working in international institutions, including the World Bank, the European Investment Bank and global consulting environments.

Her academic background includes:

  • A PhD in Renewable Energy Policy (Imperial College London)
  • Advanced degrees in engineering and sustainable development
  • Ongoing specialisation in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology

She is a certified Life Coach and works at the intersection of:
