Peer-to-Peer Coaching Experience -
collaboration with inSymmetry International
Become a more resilient & emotionally intelligent leader
A different kind of space for leaders
Leadership can be demanding, complex… and often isolating.
Most senior leaders operate without a place to think clearly, speak openly, and be challenged honestly.
This is that space.
Peer-to-peer group coaching for senior leaders and executives
Facilitated by Dr Sophie Jablonski in collaboration with inSymmetry International
Does this resonate?
You are experienced. You are performing. And yet, something is evolving.
At senior levels, leadership becomes more complex… and more solitary.
- You carry increasing responsibility and complexity
- You are expected to have answers, even when things feel uncertain
- You are expected to lead with clarity, often without a space to think out loud
- You want to lead with more clarity, intention and authenticity
- You are asking yourself:
“What kind of leader do I want to be now?”
This is where deeper leadership work begins.
A different approach to leadership development
This is not traditional coaching. And not a training programme.
Most leadership development focuses on adding tools. This work focuses on how you think, decide, and show up.
What we offer is a peer-to-peer group coaching experience for senior leaders.
A structured space where:

You are matched with a small group of experienced peers

There is no hierarchy, no politics, no performance pressure

Conversations are real, honest and meaningful

Insight comes not only from a coach, but from collective intelligence
This is not about being taught what to do. It is about creating the conditions to think at a higher level.
It is to create the conditions for powerful reflection, dialogue and growth.
What makes this experience unique
Coaching that is structured, yet led by you
The programme follows a proven methodology,
but you bring the agenda.
Your real challenges. Your real questions.
Your real leadership dilemmas.
A powerful peer group
You are carefully matched with a group of executives:
- From different industries and backgrounds
- At a similar level of responsibility
- Outside your organisational environment
No shared history. No organisational agenda. No need to perform.
This creates a rare space of trust, openness and perspective.
Learning by coaching others
You do not only receive coaching.
You also coach your peers.
This is where leadership shifts from advice-giving… to real influence.
This develops:
- Deeper listening skills
- Emotional intelligence
- The ability to challenge with clarity and empathy
- A more human, impactful leadership style
Real accountability, without ego
Your peers do not just support you.
They challenge you, respectfully and honestly.
And you do the same for them.
This is where insight turns into change.
A long-term transformation journey
This is not a one-off intervention.
- 33 facilitated sessions
- Small peer group (around 7 executives)
- Over a 17-month structured journey
Because sustainable leadership growth takes time.
This is not about learning more.
It is about operating differently as a leader.
Over time, leaders typically experience:

Greater clarity on their leadership identity and direction

Improved emotional intelligence and relational awareness

Stronger decision-making through diverse perspectives

Enhanced ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity

More grounded, confident leadership presence

Deeper and more authentic professional relationships.
And often, something more subtle but profound:
A sense of alignment between who you are and how you lead.
How the programme works
A structured, high-impact format
- Small peer group (carefully matched)
- 33 facilitated sessions (90 minutes each)
- Approximately 50 hours of deep interaction
- Three developmental phases
- Fully confidential environment
The methodology creates a balance between:
- Reflection
- Dialogue
- Accountability
- Action
This programme is not for everyone
It is for leaders who are ready to be challenged, not just supported.
This programme is designed for:
- Senior leaders and executives
- High-potential leaders stepping into greater responsibility
- Professionals navigating leadership transitions
- Leaders seeking more balance, clarity and purpose
It is particularly relevant if you are:
- At a crossroads

- Stronger leadership capabilities
- Improved decision-making and innovation
