Become a more resilient & emotionally intelligent leader

A confidential space for senior leaders to think clearly, speak honestly, and be challenged by people who understand exactly what you're carrying.

Does this resonate?

You are accomplished. You are performing. And something, quietly, is shifting.

The higher you rise, the more solitary it gets.

  • The complexity keeps growing — and so does what's expected of you
  • You're meant to have the answers, even when you're genuinely unsure
  • You lead with clarity in the room, with little space to think out loud beforehand
  • You sense it's time to lead with more intention, not just more output

Underneath it all, one question keeps surfacing: "What kind of leader do I want to be now?"

This is where the real work begins.

A different approach to leadership development

This isn't coaching as you've known it. And it isn't training.

Most leadership development hands you more tools. This changes how you think, decide, and show up — at the level where it actually counts.

What you get is a peer-to-peer group coaching experience, built around you:

You are matched with a small group of experienced peers

No hierarchy, no politics, no performing

Conversations that are real, honest and meaningful - not curated

Insight that comes from collective intelligence, not just a coach in the room

You're not here to be taught what to do. You're here to think at a higher level than you can alone.

What makes this experience unique

Structured, but yours to lead

The methodology is proven. The agenda is yours.

Your real challenges, your real questions, your real leadership dilemmas: that's what fills the room.

A peer group built for honesty

You'll be matched with executives who are:

  • From different industries and backgrounds
  • At a similar level of responsibility to you
  • Entirely outside your organisational world

No shared history. No politics. No need to perform. Just a rare kind of trust.

Coaching others changes how you lead

You won't only receive: you'll coach your peers too. This is where leadership shifts from giving advice to genuine influence, and where you build:

  • Deeper listening
  • Sharper emotional intelligence
  • The ability to challenge with both clarity and empathy
  • A more human, more impactful way of leading

Real accountability, without ego

Your peers do not just support you.
They challenge you, respectfully and honestly.

And you do the same for them.

This is where insight turns into change.

A journey, not an event

  • 33 facilitated sessions
  • Small peer group (around 7 executives)
  • 17-month, structured in phases

Because leadership that actually shifts takes time to build.

This isn't about learning more. It's about leading differently.

Over time, leaders in this programme typically find:

Greater clarity on who they are as a leader, and where they're heading

Stronger emotional intelligence and relational awareness

Better decisions, sharpened by genuinely diverse perspectives

More ease navigating complexity and ambiguity

A steadier, more grounded leadership presence

Deeper, more honest professional relationships

And often, something quieter but more lasting: alignment between who you are and how you lead.

How the programme works

A structured, high-impact format

  • Small peer group (carefully matched)
  • 33 facilitated sessions (90 minutes each)
  • Approximately 50 hours of deep interaction
  • Three developmental phases
  • Fully confidential environment

The rhythm moves between reflection, dialogue, accountability, and action.

This isn't designed for everyone - and that's intentional

coaching for leaders

It's for leaders ready to be challenged, not just supported.

This is for you if you are:

  • A senior leader or executive
  • Stepping into significantly greater responsibility
  • Navigating a real leadership transition
  • Seeking more balance, clarity and purpose in how you lead

It's especially relevant if you're standing at a crossroads, feeling the weight of growing complexity, or simply craving a more human, reflective space.

When leaders think better, organisations move differently.

Beyond your own growth, this work tends to ripple outward:

  • Stronger leadership capability across your team/s
  • Sharper decision-making and more innovation
  • Higher engagement and retention
  • A culture more open to learning and collaboration
  • More sustainable performance over time
strong leadership

About Dr Sophie as facilitator

My role isn't to give you answers. It's to raise the level of thinking in the room.

As a facilitator working with the inSymmetry International methodology, I'm there to:

  • Hold a space that is safe, structured and fully confidential
  • Guide the process without imposing the content
  • Protect the depth of reflection and the quality of dialogue
  • Ensure psychological safety alongside real, constructive challenge

I bring to this work my background in executive coaching and leadership development, my grounding in emotional intelligence and evidence-based practice, and a genuine respect for what a group of serious leaders can build together.
