Co-founded with my friend & business partner Minna Schmidt, Flourish Financially bridges the gap between financial know-how and emotional resilience, using principles from positive psychology and evidence-based financial coaching.

Where It All Began: The Gap in Traditional Financial Coaching
Minna and I came together after observing a disconnect in how traditional financial coaching addressed financial well-being. Most financial coaching zeroes in on technical aspects like budgeting, debt management, and investments.
But financial struggles often go beyond the numbers, influenced by deeper fears, values, and aspirations. For many, money is not just a tool but a deeply personal expression of identity and purpose.
In traditional life coaching, on the other hand, we saw an approach that sometimes avoided the material aspect of finances altogether, focusing instead on emotional well-being or abstract concepts of “detachment” from financial worries.
But what about those who feel burdened by their financial situation, who long for financial freedom, stability, and even growth? We wanted to address finances in a way that integrated practical financial planning with emotional resilience, creating a safe, supportive space for women to explore their financial well-being.
